• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used pet products, hygiene-related items, or personalized products.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
