Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates & delivery times
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Standard shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99 on orders under $50
- Express shipping (2–4 business days): calculated at checkout
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view your order status any time from My account.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
